The Choice of Precision Filters
The Process of Choice:
Choose last level filter precision of C, T, A, AA, H based on industry requirements.
First Level (Old Model C) (New Model E9): Separator/Filter
• Filtering: Most liquids & 3mm diameter dust particle. Residual oil fog reaches 5ppm
• The biggest liquid loading is 20ppm in air inlet
• Use back of compressor back cooler or front of freeze colldrying machine or other kinds of filters
Second Level (Old Model T) (New Model E7): Main pipeline filter
• Filtering: 1mm diameter dust particle. Residual oil fog reaches 1ppm
• The biggest liquid loading is 5ppm in air inlet
• Use in upstream of high effective unoil filters, upstream/downstream of adsorption drier.
Third Level (Old Model A) (New Model E5): High effective unoil Filter
• Filtering: 0.01mm diameter dust particle. Residual oil fog reaches 0.01ppm
• The biggest liquid loading is 1ppm in air inlet
• Use in upstream of adsorption drier; protect aluminium oxide particles in drier. Or use in downstream of freeze dry machine to ensure air in the system without oil
Fourth Level (Old Model AA) (New Model E3): Ultra high effective unoil Filters
• Filtering: 0.01mm diameter dust particle. Residual oil fog reaches 0.001ppm
• The biggest liquid loading is 1ppm in air inlet
• Use in upstream of adsorption drier, downstream of freeze dry machine. If there is big volume of liquid loading, suggest to use T level filters as front filter.
Fifth Level (Old Model H) (New Model E1): Activated Carbon Filters
• Filtering: 0.01mm diameter dust particle & hydrocarbon. Residual oil fog reaches 0.003ppm. Remember to install A level high effective unoil filter in the upstream to protect.
• Use in the downstream of high effective unoil filter to adsorb hydrocarbon & ohter peculiar smell to reach high quality air requirements with stinkless & tasteless. Usage in medicine, electron, food, development etc.
